Problem with find person in mail

I have problem find person in mail (el capitan), if i have more people in file TO.

I see in Subject Pokus13 2 Persons:

but when i try to find second of them, the result is bad - mac find me only emails, where this person is alone:

my next problem is, that ac doesn't show me, that in mail is attachment:

could you help me somebody?
